What are the international tuition fees?

Fees per term for the academic year 2026/27 are set out below in UK Pounds Sterling.

There are three terms in an academic year. Upon registering, there is a non-refundable registration fee of £354. You must pay by bank transfer.

The cost of your payment is included in your Convera GlobalPay for Students quote, with no additional transaction or receiving bank fees.
Can I track my payment?
Yes. Once you have made a payment, you can track its progress online using your reference ID number through Convera’s payment tracking service.
Is it safe to use GlobalPay for Students?
Yes. Convera prioritises the security of your payment and personal information through robust fraud checks, payment protections, and industry-standard security measures.
Can someone else pay on my behalf?
Parents can make a payment through Convera GlobalPay for Students. As part of required identity checks, the payer must provide their details and authenticate the payment.
Payment Compliance and Sanctions

Payments made through Convera’s GlobalPay for Students platform are subject to mandatory compliance checks. As a regulated financial institution, Convera must screen all payments against international sanctions requirements and may contact you from a @convera.com email address if further information is needed.

Convera cannot accept payments if:

  • The student or payer is resident in a sanctioned country or region.
  • The payment is being made from a sanctioned country or region.
  • The student or payer is listed on an applicable sanctions database.

Currently sanctioned countries/regions include:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Crimea Region, Donetsk Region, Iran, Luhansk Region, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and Venezuela.

If you believe these restrictions may apply to your payment, please contact admissions@qe.org before making any payment. We must complete the necessary compliance checks and confirm the payment process before funds are sent. Please do not make payments directly to Queen Ethelburga’s until you have received confirmation and further instructions.
